they can have their payment, but if they accept the reparations than they must move out of the country back to cozy Africa, or they can simply keep on living in America (no reparations).

Generally trying to keep out of this topic, Not because I don't like political debates, just because Junior year has kept me from much participaton at all in the fourms (Answer to why I haven't been posting as much) and I haven't had time to get into one. But come now. If we're going to have a political debate how about we keep it somewhere below the level of ignorance portayed on YouTube comments. This fourm has generally had a good reputation (At least in my opinion) when it comes to intellegent debate. (I haven't been in many debate threads lately but those that I have been in were pretty well civilized.)

But really?

I tell you what if I were president(god forbid) they would have a choice, they can have their payment, but if they accept the reparations than they must move out of the country back to cozy Africa, or they can simply keep on living in America (no reparations).

You're paying black people to move out of your country?

:-\

That ranks at least as highly on the racism scale as these people. Congratulations, you're the new official forum troglodyte, along with GC.

I 2nd What Daxx said about swamp.

Wow.  Just... wow.

Swamp, I think you will find it in your best interests to just keep such opinions to yourself.
And while I suppose that could be construed as a cheap shot, Gorman and Daxx, let's try to keep it civil.

No problem but people better understand what racism is before throwing me into a stereotype its incorrect ill informed and just plain rude. I have been civil and will remain civil but i am done tolerating BS and i will stand up for myself or views as would anyone here. As for the flame warrior i could careless what Daxx thinks i am does not make it true and that whole things silly anyway.

Anyway it looks like huckabee is out pretty much out. But huck and mcain. get along so I'm kinda hoping if mcain gets it he might choose huck as VP.

I don't like this guy.

I hope McCain runs with either Ron Paul, or none of the other candidates.

McCain won't touch Ron Paul with a 20 foot pole.  In all seriousness, Brandon, If McCain chooses Paul as VP, I will send you ten dollars by paypal or mail, your choice.

There is a chance that McCain will choose Condelleza Rice. I heard that last night on the news.

Not sure if this has been noted yet but, Mitt Romney has just suspended his campaign.  Unless Huckabee can close some ground, it'll be McCain for sure.

Is it possible he and McCain cut a deal and we'll see Mitt as a VP candidate?

We held a mock primary at our high school. First place was no surprise, Barack Obama won since we're young and in Illinois. When second place was announced I laughed to myself. Ron Paul got second. :D

I do hope you realize that Barak Obama and Ron Paul are just about as opposite as possible on every issue but Iraq.

I find it amusing if the students realize that fact.  If not, I find it depressing.

We had a bit of a mock election in our Civics class. I'm in California by the way, so these results were interesting.

Obama: 13 votes
Huckabee: 10 votes
Clinton: 6 votes

and 1 person for McCain.

Very strange. Had all the candidates to choose from too.
