Say, isn't the the US Presidential Election Discussion?  How about we talk about, you know, the United States and US political issues?

So Super Tuesday is next Tuesday, Febuary the 5th.  We should know the candidates for each party after then.
Probably not a Goat, either.

They predict he will support Obama before Tuesday but he hasn't made a statement yet.

Obama won't pick Edwards for a VP, he's smarter than that. If he chooses Edwards he will take on the stigma that the Kerry-Edwards ticket had and he will lose. On the other side of the coin, Hillary won't pick Obama for a VP because it would bring her credibility into question as she has been so critical of Obama in the past.

Hillary chooses Gore as running mate and Jeb Bush wins the Republican nomination despite not running in the primaries so the time machine will be complete and it will be 1992 again. Then Jay Leno will be funny again and I can go see Wayne's World in theatres.

Hmm.... I am not sure i would like that. Reaching the Internet with a crappy modem to get to the Gaming Steve BBS... That does not sound that appealing to me.

Maine is having its caucus today.  No one undertstands the rules, so the media doesn't care.

Sweet Nothings between Obama and Hillary. What do you think it's all about?

Today my US Government class had a fake caucus. We all immediately went to Obama's corner, except for a few other people who had to hold signs for the other candidates and one who supported Huckabee, I think.

Pretty much everyone I know supports Obama, along with the entire Sonoma County area, from what I've heard.

It is nice that the young people are supporting him but I am somewhat worried that most of them have no idea why they are following him.

I happen to like him after research.

Many of them probably support him because:

-He's Young
-He's Black
-He's not in Bush's Party
