No such thing as the best band ever as music quality is highly subjective and thus cannot be measured on a scale of quality.

I love "Rock and Roll Band" by them, as well as "More than a Feeling". I like their sound, but I don't know much about them. I think their singer died a few weeks ago. Or maybe it was their guitarist. I'm not sure.

it was both, their lead singer / rythym guitarist Brad Delp.
