A few more changes...

Forbidden Rule #1 has been repealed. You are allowed to reveal another player's role if you want to - for what it's worth. In this game you WILL be questioned, and revealings will probably get lost among the accusations, so doing it is now totally kosher.
Also rule 6 (now rule 5) has been changed to allow one "ghost post" as per custom. You get no more than that, though.

Also, Stupid Detective and Stupid Psychic have been removed, they're too awkward and complex I feel. (EDIT) Stupid Priest is gone too, it's boring.

Additionally i'm putting Psychic to the question - is it too powerful? Should it be nerfed or removed?

You can do both of those. Lie about or reveal anything you like - you're going to get questioned whether you talk constantly or stay completley silent so I figure why the hell not. Like Daxx said it's worth taking the shot to see if it works, then we can just switch to something else if it doesnt work.

Strictly speaking the Psychic has the potential to be more powerful than a cop in that they could in theory reveal the exact role and affiliation of multiple people each night. Of course, they can't target people directly, so it's not as useful as you might think. I'd be inclined to make it affiliation only, but this is something else we could also experiment with.

It may be a bit on the uber side for mafia. They'd have the psychic attract the attention of a suspected cop, and when the cop investigates, boom - the mafia know who he is. Whereas it may not be so useful for the townsfolk side.. perhaps gradually figuring out a list of innocents as time goes on, but if you're killed then the information obviously isn't going to do you a lot of good.

I'm fairly sure the list of roles is now largely fine except for one or two things here and there.. again, shout out if you see anything or have any suggestions.

Here's the mad scientist list:

MAD SCIENTIST
AFF: TOWNSFOLK
Power Type: Active, Unlimited
Messes up a target. Result depends on target's role:

COP/CROOKED COP/CHIEF OF POLICE - Results that night will be wrong
STUPID COP - Results that night will be correct
DETECTIVE/PSYCHIC/CORONER - Results that night will be randomised and false

PRIEST/PIOUS/OVERZEALOUS - End up killing their target
SUPERHERO - The Mad Scientist and Superhero lose their powers permanently
CAMPER - If they attempt to hide on that night, they will become the target of all powers used that night (mafia and psycho murders are not affected)
SNEAK - Roles are reversed, directly targeting the sneak's target doesn't work but targeting the sneak hits the sneak's target too

VIGILANTE - Protects their target from murder
BOMBER - Will create a "holy bomb" that protects it's holder from murder and does not kill when the timer runs out
LUNATIC - Will die if not targeted by anyone that night
PSYCHOPATH - The mad scientist dies if they target a psychopath

TAXI DRIVER/BUS DRIVER/SCARY CLOWN - Power is useless that night
BURGLAR - "Unsteals" their burglar power onto the target
FORGER - Any investigations of the forger's target on that night will be redirected onto the forger

MAYOR/CON ARTIST/SPIRIT MEDIUM - No Effect

BOSS - Will nullify their investigation protection for that night
TRAITORS - No Effect

EDIT: Forgot to put the bloody Superhero in the Protectors list =x
