Hi there!  ;D
I'm following this forum for some time now and I'm also very fascinated of Spore.
Because of this, I went to the GC in Leipzig last year and also got my hands on the creature editor.
Luckily a friend of mine made some pictures of it,
aaaaand
here they are:

That's my creature, but my friends made some too. I just have to find the other pictures  ;)
Have fun!  :)

I dub thy creature.. Grape-Face. But it is an awesome critter, pretty menacing. Good proof that it's not all going to be bouncy disney creatures.

Huh.  Did the horns come that way, or were you able to spiral them as you wanted?

It came that way, but I was able to rotate and to stretch it lika a metal spiral.

tell us how is the feeling to play with the creature editor and did you saw any cool new features?

I can only repeat what everyone says about the editor: It's very very simple to use.
Unfortunately I hadn't much time to try out more  :-\.

Well, it's good to see that more people who are using the editor are actaully making creatures and not just seeing if they can break it. Excellent creature man, especially if it was rushed. Good job!

Okay, last pictures I found:

Kind of raptor made by a friend of mine. Unfortunately it's the only picture of it.

A creature made by another friend. Thanks to the flowers on it, it looks very...uhm.. evil... ;D

IMO, the textures are looking very good and detailed.

Those creatures look awesome, shame you dont have anymore pictures of your freind's raptor creature it has cool velociraptor feet, Do you have any idea why you can put flowers and branches on your creature? do they pose a purpose or are they just there for looks?

Think back to the sim games my friend.  Did how they look ever affect their abilities?  No.  Did that fact decrease sales or make it less fun?  No.  Did it make the sim series a classic?  Yes.  No need to worry, my friend...
