sound a bit like **** friends sorry they did that to you, someone should've let you know. How hard is a group text?. I have absolutely no life outside of work and have kind of let my old half assed freidnships die and I feel a bit bad about it and bad that I let it happen and didn't mind much.

Either way, maybe come move to Seattle. We can probably hire another part time worker. Minimum wage is $13!
No, no, he did. In the everything else section, at least. Officially, this makes him king.

Did you let the guys know you were rightfully mad at them?

Pat I really think the problem might be, here and in several other areas, that you're surrounded by *******s.

I saw the Angry Birds movie this evening.

That red bird spoke to me.

Roommate's deeply twisted dog has already dug up three of the plants from the garden I planted yesterday afternoon.

Sadly no.

But he reminded me of Hank Hill in that episode where he gets sent to anger management. And the whole episode, Hank is saying "I keep telling you I don't have an anger problem, I have an idiot problem!"

Haha I can relate. I felt like that at some point when I was making a group work. Idiots are infuriating. I am sorry that your stupidity makes me look like a dick. But **** you, sir, you utter waste of time and space.

Life is almost always better when not dealing with idiot-****s.

Oh idiots I can deal with as long as they have work ethics when it comes to group work. At least then you can put them on menial tasks that do something to get the project forward, if just a little bit. But boy... Those lazy types that never do anything. Those are soooo annoying. And it is not like I am a workaholic. But I want to get thing done. And if I can get thing done a few days, or at least a few hours before the deadline, the better.

I face this same problem in keeping my kitchen running and staffed well. We've hit a good groove with some solid people the last few weeks. I just hope they stay with us for more than a few months. The morning crew has become very unreliable again, which is making it harder for the evening crew to do our job. Morning is supposed to do a stock run so we have what we need for the day. Problem is that they just aren't doing it. And we're still getting stock for them at night so they have an easy open, which tacks on another 40 minutes to when we can go home.

Eternal fight between openers and closers. Except that the openers (even without our help) have a significantly easier job in all aspects. They have fewer customers, they don't have to clean /anything/ before they leave, and they aren't closing. This also leads to us having to fix their mistakes. Because they never have to clean the machines, they never have to learn the nuances about those machines. So they'll dump a gallon of oil onto the floor and into the lower level of the popcorn popper and never even realize they did it (or if they did they just ignore it). And then I've got to stay four hours after close until 3:30am cleaning up their mess. Because my crew knows how to use the equipment because my crew doesn't want to have to clean them all the time.

Worst part is that I've trained all these people in the morning shift on proper operation. Twice. And management doesn't seem to want to help. LOL

Wikipedia editors: "Americans need to stop taking pride in not knowing things. The world doesn't revolve around them."

Also Wikipedia editors: "The phrase 'New York' should automatically redirect to New York City. This is the first I'm hearing of a New York 'state' and I imagine most people in the international community don't care about whatever that is."

-_-
What meme is relevant right now? Look, just imagine I'm riffing on that. Updating signatures is exhausting.

People aren't creative and most people have a terrible sense of humour.

We've been dealing with this nonsense since at least Portal.

No idea what you're referring to here. :o

Isn't Szechuan just the compliment to Hunan style? And a region or something?

You gotta watch the new Rick and Morty to understand the joke or lack thereof.
