BLM and their tactics seem to be about as good at winning over supporters as Occupy Wall St.
Probably not a Goat, either.

That's because a lot of their coordinators and leaders got their stripes at Occupy.

Classic Chris Rock.

Honestly it may not have lasted even if you'd stayed close to each other. You're at an age where your personality can shift a lot. Almost everyone I know who went to college with their boyfriend or girlfriend didn't end up staying together. Actually, scratch that almost.

On the other hand, it does happen sometimes. Skype is a thing after all.
Sam is basically right, he's just cranky.

What makes you think Slinky wants to be a farmer?

Found a job posting that I was really excited about.  I was calling in some big guns to vouch for me and checking in with people I know who already work there.

And then after talking with one of my contacts again today, I go back to the site and see that the position, which I applied for over a week ago and had been up for who knows how long, had been changed to part time.  I'm finding new and creative ways to not be able to catch a break.

On the plus side, though, if you start at part time there isn't anything stopping your position from being moved back to full time, especially if the people you're working for like your performance. My experience base is fairly small but as I understand it, that tends to be a somewhat common practice?

Yeah, thanks for the input, Grox, but that isn't really a viable option.
