Weird Sensations you've experienced
« on: January 28, 2007, 04:19:00 pm »
Basically, my direct perception of time passing slows. I'll notice the tempo on the music i'm listening to seems off, noticeably slower. Then I look at my router and the status light will be blinking at a slower rhythm than it normally does. Basically, time relative to my brain sort of slows down... is that normal or what? o_O" I get it every so often...

Are you sure you aren't experiencing any sort of contact high or something along those lines?

I think I know what he means but I would have to hear him describe it.

You'll never know why.

Yeah, like you don't really recognize that person staring at you. I get that feeling when looking at family members for a long time too.

Really? I just feel like I am going into a daze and when I look up my eyes are red.

You'll never know why.

yeah! you sort of think, "holy sh!t thats me!"

Also, try contemplating the fact that the universe is infinite. It's nigh impossible, but if you do, you get a tremendous feeling of smallness.

I just think holy cow it so big then I get depressed knowing that I will never get to see it all. :(

You'll never know why.

The way humankind's going, none of us will. But that's a different matter. XP

Still, i've tried to comprehend the universe and just.. I can't. I can't mentally grasp it. There's nothing that annoys me more in life than things i'm incapable of understanding. XP
