GTA:  San Andreas' soundtrack really bugged me.  I think there were one or two songs I actually enjoyed on there and that was it.  I don't understand why so many people loved it, or why it got so many awards, I thought the entire think was just awful and there were times I actually had to turn the game off and stop playing because I just wanted to scream at how bad I thought it was.

That's one game I seriously couldn't play until they released the Xbox version, I just could not stand it.
It's a shame, after Vice Cities soundtrack was so great too.

it WON awards?! damn it isnt even real game music....damn people are so stupid

All the Mario soundtracks.

That's definately flame bait to me.

Seriously, there are a lot people who appreciate music from Koji Kondo.

I don't.

What was that music from that game that went, "We are the prates who sail the o-cean, when we get sunburn we put on lo-tion"
Back in black, with a gray dry brush and a red stiple effect.

I really can't think of any game soundtracks that were really that bad. Although it may be just because any games I've played that had bad soundtracks were forgettable for other reasons and they just won't come to mind.

Tetris' music sucked because there was not enough cowbell.

*Scores five points for the inevitable "cowbell" response*

Harvest Moon has annoying music loops. It's only about 10-20 second loops. I just simply can't play with the sound.

Harvest Moon would be in my "forgettable for other reasons" pile.

I really don't see what all the fuss is about with that game. If the music is repetitive, it fits well because the gameplay is EXTREMELY repetitive.
