Press the "Print Screen" button on your keyboard, then go into a photo editing program (such as MS Paint) and paste it in there. Then just crop your image to the size you want and save it as a .PNG or .jpg file. Then upload it to a photo hosting site, copy the link they give you, and paste it in here! Hope that made sense, good luck.

Great program!
I just discovered a few bugs though:
  • When placing parts in the 'Back' (when they are grey) and then press Z to return it to its original shape, it doesn't go behind the rest of the parts anymore. The only way to solve that (that I found) is to put it back to 'Front', and then to 'Back' again;
  • The 'pointy toes'-foot, when placed in the 'Back', doesn't go fully behind the same foot placed in the 'Front';

More bugs when I find them ;)

You can set the layer with 1 to 9. 5 being the body and 1 to 4 being in front and 6 to 9 behing behind the body. Think of them as putting sheets of paper over each other.
