PS3 Launch in NYC
« on: November 17, 2006, 10:06:56 pm »
Last year when the 360 launched, Gaming Steve was at the scene and related the excitement.

The PS3 just launched in New York - quite convenient for Mr. Glicker, and what is the bet that there will be no coverage at all?

For all we know he could have been waiting in line.... (Doubt it, but still, there are many possibilities...)
What meme is relevant right now? Look, just imagine I'm riffing on that. Updating signatures is exhausting.

Yeah, but he now has a 'schedule' so that shouldn't be a problem anymore.

Well the schedule was also meant to result in podcasts every two weeks. It's been well over a month...I think it's safe to say the schedule isn't really working out. If he needs a break that's fine. We'll be here when he gets back, he's still paying subscription for this page so he at least cares about us. I dont think he could really completely forget a community of over 2000 people who gather here mostly because of him.

68 mins, 105mins, 95mins...I spose they're pretty long already! Still, there should be a Steve Spactacular Extravaganza to make up for all the lack of steve!

Well, if he was to make up for all this time, wouldn't the podcast have to be like a day long?... ;)

**grins** I'd listen! That'd be great! I'd have something to listen to for a full day's work!

He should do what some of the other podcasts do and get some co-hosts or people to do segments for him. That way he doesn't have to be at EVERY gaming event, he can get some other people to go for him and it'd help flesh out the podcast for him. But then, it'd slowly turn into gaming bob's podcast as he hasn't been about to put his bits together lately.

Speaking of getting help from other people, what happened to the reviews n stuff he was gonna get people to write?

Hehe, Gaming Steve Radio! That'd be cool. Then you'd have to make it a stream. But it would be cool to listen to Steve live.
