This looks like an interesting movie, if I assume right about the story. I'm sorta guessing that one guy was shot with one bullet, and that one shot has far reaching repurcussions everywhere around the world.

Has anyone else seen it? Is it even out yet? What is the story like?

Yeah, [Kishmond] came back from Africa, but the ponies have him now.

Okay, I've seen it.  The first half of the film is pure comedy.  These kinds of films should not be viewed as heavy, heavy drama.  Later it gradually turns to fascination, and then to sadness.  The key is to transcend morality to be able to appreciate the humor of - for example - kids taking target practice at a tour bus with no understanding of the consequences.  But it can't be appreciated without a deep sense of humanity.
I have been told
not by one but two of my lovers
that I've got a heart of gold
but I'm unable to share it with others
They call me a poet who'll never have a poem
a tiger with no taste for bone
I'm the wonderful wonderful wizard who's waltzing alone
