Neat, but that's all just icing on the cake that is the Wii. :D

Thought I don't really understand the purpose of the Miis.

EDIT: Nintendo on Wii Sports:
Quote
Players can use their own Mii caricatures in the game and play them against their friends' Miis for a more personalized experience. As players improve, their Miis' skill levels will increase, so that they can see exactly how much better they've become.

I guess we know what the Miis are for now.

Go here to access the Opera internet browser. In addition to supporting flash (making this a step up from the DS browser), the browser uses the Wiimote to zoom in and out. The browser will normally cost money, but Nintendo will make it available for free download until June of 2006.

I'm just talking about the browser, as far as I know everything else should be free.

*updated it to make it more clear

I believe it also said you can watch TV while surfing the internet.

Don't misunderstand that statement.

They mean you can flip the channel from the TV to the Wii and vice versa.

Remember, the Wii is ALWAYS connected.

Im just wondering what their virtual keyboard solution is going to be. Without a real keyboard I can see surfing being a slight hassle.

No, you must perform the Macarena to go to a page.

Are you Shigeru Miyamoto in disguise? Cause that sounds suspiciously like something he would come up with...

That said... I hope the man's ideas for new controls on TLOZ: Twilight Princess are good. The man does seem to have a good grasp of what does and doesnt work in games.
