Have we abandoned 3D then?

We have not abandoned it... but Sgore and I decided that it was broken beyond the point of repair.

So we took the lessons that we learned from it and made a new one that we hope will work out a bit better.

Well, my two accomplices are not being controlled by anyone (At least not yet, but who wants to be ordered around by me  :P ) so feel free to shoot them full of holes.

But only as long as nobody takes control of them.

Where was the time travel in the 3rd one?
What meme is relevant right now? Look, just imagine I'm riffing on that. Updating signatures is exhausting.

Could you edit your post just to make it a littler clearer. You imply the robbery is going on in the Saloon, when it's happening in the bank across the road.

Because you said you went off to the larger town... which is where I am.

There is none.

Just allow maybe two or three posts between each of your own posts.

Other than that, go to town!

I am going to wait a bit until two or three more people join.

Probably two people... because I want to post.  ;)

I dont mean to be annoying, but I think it would be easier for the readers if you fixed the spelling errors on your post...I'll correct it for you if you want.

John had his hat pulled low as he rode into a small town on his horse the sheriff sent for him a few days ago.  He did not know why he was here, but it could not be good if the sheriff wanted the best assassin in the west. His gun was at his side as always.

Also, I'm not really sure who the sheriff is bringing you in for, but he doesn't know that the bank robbery is going to happen ahead of time (i think, maybe if he does have a little explanation about how).

I knew I would be safe because they were looking for a blonde haired main named Ryan Simmons, not a brown haired man named Kevin Ott. As an insurance policy the two men I hired knew me as Ryan Simmons. You never know who you can and can't trust.

I think you have a discrepency.. the boys were calling you Kevin in the beginning

Quote
"Hey Kevin, what time is it?" Called out a voice from behind me.

"Hmm... it looks to be about noon time, we had better hurry!" I said. I rubbed my eyes. Why did I just look right into the sun? That was stupid.

"H-hey Kevin, can we go over the plan one more time?" Called out another voice from behind me.

also.. its not stirrups.. they would be spurs.. big difference  ;)

As he rode past the saloon, Priest realized that he was very thirsty and dismounted, hitching his horse and stepping up on the porch.  He walked into the saloon, and the clicking of his stirrups against the wood caused several people looked up to see him enter.

Oh yea thanks Lady M... Now trying to picture that it would look pretty funny  :D

And shadowlord I understand that you may have used spell check, but the usage of the words was wrong so I offered to correct it.  If you look back, you can just copy and paste the one i typed up over the post.  Also, if you've been having trouble with the spell check picking it up, you could type it up on word/publisher if you like since it picks up sentence structure.

As for the posting, I'm not quite sure how to post in right now so lets just assume I'm off doing something...

Right, so Shadow, you know you are chasing my alias, right? Just want to check to make sure.

Feel free to post, its anyone's turn now. Posting order is more or less elimiated from this point on, but do try to post if your character's response or action is holding up other people.

I have a request, I'm noticing that everyone is coming to the saloon and talking to my character. Try to make sure that you include the other characters so there can be mulitple dialog going on and all the pressure isn't put on me to talk to everyone. If I get busy and can't post for awhile, I don't want to hold up the story.

Thank you  :)

gutwrencher, just a little clarification, it was a small wad of cash.

Maybe like... two hundred bucks.

Don't worry, things may be moving along slowly but the story has not his a sour point. So however long it takes for people to up and post is fine, because it will still be good stuff.  ;)

Since this is going much slower now, just post when you feel like it.

I still have interest in it and will post, but if there are a few days between new posts that is just fine.

It will work as long as we all come back every now and again.

How does that sound?

But the story will probably not see much movement until the next day starts. Unless of course you guys write something in that makes it so.  :D

Just to clarify!

Sam, your most recent post is explaining about what happened after you were told to leave the Red Valley Saloon, right?

Just checking to see what time your character is in right now.

Shadow, you were sleeping outside the Inn down the street (The one where Krakow is staying), right?

Double posting for an ever so sexy bumparoo!

This is what has happened thus far.

Kevin Ott (PatMan33), under the guise of Ryan Simmons, robs the Red Valley bank with two thugs and makes off with all of the valuables and money. The two thugs ride off and Kevin burns his disguise then heads back into town.

Meanwhile Dr. Samuel Krakow (Krakow Sam) is selling "medicine" to an unsuspecting public while a Mr. Gore (sgore) pretends to be ill.

Joseph Priest (gutwrencher89) rides into town and takes a seat at the bar. He notices three men leave the bank. He gets onto his horse and rides around town.

Syviana (Gunner) is in another town and finds himself chasing some bank robbers out in the open range.

John (shadowlord18) has been sent on a mission to kill a Ryan Simmons and does not know that the name "Ryan Simmons" is an alias of Kevin Ott.

The Red Hared Woman (LadyM) runs the Red Valley Saloon which is the nexus of Red Valley nightlife.

Eventually Dr. Krakow, Gore, an Un-Named Character (Played by Detoxicated), Joseph Priest, and Kevin Ott all make their way to the Red Valley Saloon. The Un-named Character walks out soon after and is not heard from again. Dr. Krakow starts a barroom brawl and as Kevin Ott walks in, he is assaulted by a man who subsequently finds himself on the other side of a window.

Kevin quickly swoops in and takes the last available room. John pays the Red Haired Woman five dollars to sleep in the kitchen. Dr. Krakow and Gore find lodging at another inn. The others are assumed to have slept outside.

Before the night is done, Dr. Krakow, Gore, and Kevin Ott play a game of cards. Kevin thinks that Dr. Krakow is cheating when really Krakow grabbed a deck of marked cards and does not realize it. Gore is the big winner, mostly out of dumb luck, and a fight at another table quickly ends the game.

Everyone finally goes to their beds, wherever they may be.

Gore wakes up early and looks out his window to see two men talking. It is all very suspicious and when Gore turns, a shot is fired. Hearing the shot, Kevin flies out of bed, fearing an attack, but realizes it was nothing at all.

Kevin goes down to the R+L's General Store to drop off payment for a tip regarding the bank he had robbed the day before.

John goes to the post office to deliver a letter.

Kevin walks into the Saloon and asks the Red Haired Woman if she needs help. She tells him to help move some crates. Kevin does and gets breakfast in return.

This is where things are now. If you need any further clarification, send me (PatMan33) a PM. I would be more than happy to help.

The game can be found here: http://www.gamingsteve.com/blab/index.php?topic=6345.0
