Last night I dreamed I was a pony in Ponyville.

I think I even saw some of my OCs there, as ponies.

Didn't get the chance to meet the main characters, though...

I had a dream, and all I could jot into my iPod to remind myself later about the dream was "I was doing experiments with Vriska. Revenge was rcxacyed.[sic]" The last word should have been 'exacted.' I shudder to think what types of experiments Vriska would be doing, considering revenge was involved.

It's annoying, I very often have awesome dreams, but it is very rare that I can remember enough to tell a good story like you guys do.  I remember fleeting images and feelings.  Things which cannot easily be described.

Which is a shame, because I have seen some awesome stuff.

had a dream I was living in an area called "death zone" which was a large stretch of desert in between two warring nations, I was a biologically enhanced test subject that escaped from one of the nations and was living as a mercenary in the desert, unfortunately both sides wanted to kill me, or capture me so they put out bounties on me and I would always be fighting some mooks who didnt stand a chance and I would always warn them and give them a chance to forget this ever happened. Eventually I ended up with a group of friends and set out to defeat both of the insane rulers of the two nations and finally restore peace and fulfill the token cute girls dream of seeing the desert as a lush paradise like it was before the land.


Woke up as we set out but I usually have episodic dreams so I expect to have a second installment of this dream series tonight

reminds me of the 5 years of dreaming up the Kaizer Saihu story, ahh good times

Seriously though, unlike most young female-centric shows, it actually has a pretty decent level of quality.

It's one of those don't judge a book by its covers things.

It's not your typical kids show. Its feel has more in common with the Powerpuff Girls or Dexter's Lab than actual previous seasons of My Little Pony. Which isn't that surprising, since the person who designed the new season is actually Lauren Faust.

Also, the ponies, and that one dragon, are soooooo cute... :3

... without being too sweet as to give you diabetes.

That said, there are sure to be some who simply don't like it. But not more than any other show.




On a somewhat related note, the night before, I dreamed that I was a Wizard defending my guild's castle in Ragnarok Online.

It was so awesome casting spells which pretty much slaughtered everything within their area of effect.

But then I woke up... -_-

I had a dream I was a pony a looong time ago. Long before this current show even existed. I was in a swimming pool but couldn't climb out because PONIES DON'T HAVE FINGERS. Then I drowned.
