Story checks out so far.

Nefarious?  Nearly.  Ne’er-do-well?  Never!  Neither nearly names this narrator.  Naive and knowledgeable, notorious and inscrutable, this nascent Nero is known naturally as Neoadept.

Look, forget all this stupid pirate vs ninja roffle waffle monkey randum crap about who will win because they are 'more awesomer'. The key to who would win is already laid out plainly in the form of a few facts.

1. Saxton Hale derives much of his power from his Australia-shaped mat of chest hair.
2. McNinja specialises in hair related strangeness and superpowers. He is the foremost expert in the treatment of Paul Bunyan syndrome, his father commanded the respect of his ninja guild due to a magnificent moustache he was able to grow, his sidekick Gordito also posesses such a mystical moustache. Additionally when the Doc's mentor Benjamin Franklin began transforming into a headless horseman he craved hair, and consumed it for nourishment.
3. Should the two come to blows, mcNinja would fall back on his stash of permanent hair removal cream to permanently remove Hale's powerful antipodean shag, as well as his moustache (which probably grants him some secondary power).

Once depowered, Hale should be no harder to defeat than a common run of the mill New Zealander.

End of debate.

I'd also like to repeat a comment from the vote page:

Quote
It's true, if Hale was fighting an army of ninjas he would clearly have the upper hand. but one single ninja? doomed.
You're in my way, sir.

Dude, you're dreaming that you're a pony.  I don't care how good the show is.

What are you talking about?

Hale owns a company that makes weapons. He can just shoot the other guy in the face if all else fails.

McNinja lives near a time vortex and his brother makes deadly robot animals for fun.  Do you realize what that means?

It means he can send a terminator bear back in time to kill Hale's mother before he was born.

But Saxton Hale's mother gave birth to and raised Saxton Hale.

It'll take more than a terminator bear to overcome that kind of moustache-power.
Not a winner anymore.

Yeah but our choices are between Saxton Hale and Dr. McNinja.

There are no winners, they're both stupid.

I don't know Patman. I really don't know... Did you notice that The Third Degree description has either a typo or it is hinting on the Medic being able to heal more then one person at a time.

Who knows?

Give me the ability to poison the enemy team and I'll be happy. I mean they clearly have no bones about breaking the game, so let's make it downright crazy like TFC! :D
