Yes.

No it's actually about the efficient uses of energy and the U.S. Department of Agriculture's allotted spending limit if the Republicans keep the house of Representatives but lose most of the Senate.

The green check marks indicate that a container for that type of waste is kept in the particular type of room; the X means no container of such a type is kept there.

...I assuming that's the confusing part. But it could also very well be that reduce, reuse, recycle is an unthinkable inconvenience to lots of people.

WASTE TYPES
==========
NONCOMBUSTIBLE: All waste that can't be sorted as a type below
COMBUSTIBLE: Waste that burns effectively (wood, paper, some plastics, etc.)
COMPOST: Food waste
FAT: Cooking oil, lard, etc.
ORGANIC: Liquids that burn
AQUEOUS: Liquids that don't burn (oft. saturated with water) and that are too toxic to be washed down the drain
BIOHAZARD: AKA "sharps"; medical waste
RADIOACTIVE: (self-explanatory)
RECYCLING, STEEL, ALUMINUM, GLASS, PLASTIC: (self-explanatory)
DRY ASH: Ash from the incinerator
WET ASH: Ash that has been used to make lye
SLUDGE: Waste from the water distiller

DISPOSAL METHODS
==========
TRASH: Land-fill bound
INCINERATE: Incinerator-bound
GARDENER: Waste a gardener could use
TOXIC WASTE: Requires special disposal
REUSE, SORT, RECYCLING: (self-explanatory)

So... what about Gaming Steve?

Oh for goodness sake. He was lsitening to the GS podcast while he was making that, so whenever he sees it he'll think of Gaming Steve. Now everyone stop being confused!
Sam is basically right, he's just cranky.

Makes perfect sense to me. I have a tendency to randomly associate things together in my mind myself.
