whilst making mythical creatures does kind of destroy a good facet to the game, it adds a new one. while it could be cool to have a  world with creatures given seemingly impossible anatomy and design, it'd still be fun to have a world filled with mythical beings to compete against. of course, the mythical beings would be a one or three time thing though. nonetheless, a lot of people thought up something they wanted to recreate in the editor. Like, i wanna make Quanska, if it's possible, which i doubt. Being unoriginal about your creature isn't necessarily bad though. Nonetheless, seeing a bunch of dragons and wookies populating your world and never witnessing any new origonal  creatures every single time you play, would eventually get really gay.

You mean this? :

To be honest, im torn between trying to create my ideal avatar race, on my first time around in the game, or just playing the game for fun and seeing how my creatures actually turn out. The problem with that would be the final form of the race might just look too goofy. :3
Then again, we have a habit of making plans for creatures that are a touch too serious, given the way the game rolls..

Isn't that a Tigon? I think this, is a Liger:

Just add wings and a creature becomes mythical:
a lion... beomces a griffin
a horse...  become a pegasus
a hawk... becomes a double hawk!
I love demetri martin :D

I wish to do a Manticore:
Body of lion, wings os bat and tail of scorpion.

It seems like this...

I really love them.

Yep, manticores are cool. Did you watch the straight-to-video sci-fi movie 'Manticore'? Its cool.

I might create an amphibious flying creature. But then, this might be good to- http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/en/0/05/Microcebus_lehilahytsara_-large.jpg - i could already imagine mauling down hoards of alien invaders with these guys.

I would probably make one of the least respected mythical creatures out there:
The Unicorn.
It'd be interesting to see a herd of them guarding an egg and goring predators with their horns. *insert maniacal laughter*
Though since they're snow white, they'd stand out a lot...
Another idea would be a small Balrog or a small Behemoth.
Pokémon are creatures too.

I wouldn't mind re-creating some Ray harrihausen creatures, like the Kraken

Or Cerebus, I think a three headed dog would do quite well.

What about the phoenix? Those red and gold wings.... the firefeathers all over its body....
If its possible, of course... I bet having a sentient phoenix will make things too easy.

I mentioned a phoenix at the start of page 2, but apparently nobody paid any heed.
Don't say "welcome to the forum" or anything similar to that to me. I've been here forever, just never found the need to post.

night walkers get 10/10 for coolness, but minus 6 for being bipedal with long arms.
Back in black, with a gray dry brush and a red stiple effect.
