But that's free!
No, no, he did. In the everything else section, at least. Officially, this makes him king.

Have you beat the game? If so, turn off battle animations, turn on exp share, give the pokemon you want to level up the most a lucky egg, turn on the experience gaining O-Power, make sure you have full affection from pokemon-amie, and then fight the elite four.
No way dude, you're trolling me.

But that's free!

I guess it's less for now and more for later when nobody is playing the game anymore. Having more than one Game Boy has meant I can still play Red, Blue, and Yellow which is nice.

So it turns out that I find IV breeding very strangely satisfying. With each successive (incredibly incestuous) generation, the line becomes purer, the IV's... higher. I'm consistently getting 4 31 IVs now.

Welcome to my world.

Protip: Use the marking system in the PC box to mark 31 IVs so you don't forget.

When your 'mon has a perfect IV, select it in the PC box and use the "Marking" tool to add a marking corresponding to that stat.

The IV checker lists stats in order and there are six markers you can add, so use the first one if it has a perfect HP stat and so on.
