So tempted to link to the trouble with Pen Island trope page now.

The actual trope is S****horpe Problem. Common mistake.

Well seems like Pokemon Black/White is going to have triple battles and a bunch of other stuff.

Three on three fights?  So you can have half of your team out at once?  That's pretty stupid.
Probably not a Goat, either.

And I was wanting something more like being able to swap your Pokemon's known moves instead of forgetting them, but for free and at anytime except in battle.

Paying with heart scales when only speaking to a single person in the game is ridiculous.

Don't the pokemon in the anime know like 30 moves or something.

Exactly my point. :-\

I understand that for balancing issues, it should stay at 4 max moves. But I'd like to freely exchange and rearrange that Pokemon's known moves at anytime outside of battle.

Yeah, I agree that there should be like a sort of databank of moves your pokemon learned. TMs and HMs wouldn't be available in it obviously.

Also, HMs being removable without a damned move deleter for gods sake.

Well learning over HM moves at any time causes problems when you learn over say Cut and can't get to Pokemon centre as a result. Although now all items are kept in the back pack you should be able to re-teach cut if u get trapped. Free move altering would be good though.

A 7th pokemon slot for a non battle Pokemon usefuly purely for HM slaves would be nice though.

^

But then what happens if you go to an island town(like Mossdeep) , deleter surf and fly, and then release all of your \Pokemon that can learn either?

Also, that opening Rock Remix of the Battle Theme was kick ass. Where's it from?

Then you're an idiot and don't deserve to continue playing anyway.

They aren't going to do it for the reason of it will allow you to break your game. I'm happy to settle for move deleting NPCs. Although free relearners would be good.
