A dog, a bird, and a beaver.

You'll never know why.

The one on the bottom-right kind of looks like a bipedal cat.

Well, Luminar didn't say anything about starters and I doubt that everyone here gets Pokemon Sunday, Met. Well, I suppose you caught this information elsewhere, but you have no reason to assume that everyone else goes to that site, too.

Why are starters always Fire, Water, and Grass?
No, no, he did. In the everything else section, at least. Officially, this makes him king.

Elements, and a good way of showing how the rock-paper-scissors nature of the elements in Pokemon work (Fire beats Grass, Grass beats Water, Water beats Fire).

But that's useless in the beginning due to no type advantage moves and the moment you catch another pokemon, the disadvantage is void.

Pokemon look dumb, especially the water one.

Trainers look cool though, and Serebii says they're older than in the other games.
No way dude, you're trolling me.

I am getting weird vibes from that grass type. Sorta looks like a a Treecko and a Gardevoir mixed.

You'll never know why.

Is it just me, or have the pokemon designs degraded rapidly since the second generation?

Edit: I mean just look at that water-type. Disgraceful.
