It would have to be water/fighting wouldn't it?

You'll never know why.

I don't think pokemon already done before should matter too much. Most things have already been made.

Here is the back of the pokemon I made:

Oh and lets get the dandelion pokemon fleshed out. You want the first form to just be the seed? Does it have legs or arms? What colors?

Well if its going to be design after a floating seed might as well keep it that way. After all it is a psychic type.

You'll never know why.

No pegs or arms, just the seed.  The bottom part is elongated and has a face there.  A long stalk and then many long white hairs.  If you have seen a dandelion you should know what I mean.  The eyes should be pure white and stare ahead unendingly.  The stalk connecting the fluff to the seed part should look like a nerve cell, with the dendrites tapering off into the fluff part.

I drew him up real fast:

Wasn't too sure what to put on the "head". Is it any good? And what colors?

I'm not too sure about it, but it looks pretty decent to me.

Edit:

I made the head more like the picture.

For the second stage, make the body sprout out of the head and shorten the fluff, like a tiny plant body.
I am bloody FASHIONABLE eagle!1!

I dunno. It doesn't really fit the pokemon aesthetic unless it's head is kinda larger and it's eyes have pupils, plus the fluff at the top should be neater and more 3D.

EDIT -

I like this.

Water/Fighting(Kick boxing frog/salamander)

Why not make it look similiar to Croagunk

Edit: Instead of making it Fire/dark, why not Fire/Ghost? There aren't enough ghost pokemons out there after all. ^^

Ghost wouldn't work with the other two types. A croagunk looking starter wouldn't be bad.

That's a cool spot Telsa. Our guy/girl could just walk over to Kanto if he/she wanted to. I don't know anything about Fiore, never played any of the ranger and dungeon games.

And I'm going to redo the dandelion guy.

Edit:

It's not done, but is it any better?

It was just an example.
Also Tesla, I love that map.

Edit:
Random Pokemon pitch.
-No name as of yet-
-No (pre)evolutions as of yet-

Its based of a Quetzalcoatl. Also, not meant to be legendary at all.
I'll make a better one if its accepted.

Make the eyes more soft looking, most starters are "cute" looking.  And maybe have the fluff be a tad (10-25%) bigger.  And if you're going to have the fluff like that, maybe have a couple nerve endings showing.

Is this good? It's kind of hard to make white eyes look softer.

And that's cool Grazony. Maybe a Dragon and something type? Or maybe pure dragon.
