Hi Steve,

In light of Mr Jobs' recent iTunes 4.9 announcement, will you be taking advantage, and have gamingsteve.com listed?

Steve,

Don't know if you've seen this, but with the release of iTunes 4.9, there are now details on how to submit podcasts to the iTMS - http://phobos.apple.com/static/podcast_specifications.pdf

There are also "enhanced podasts" which can contain chapters that reference images/links and are displayed when the 'casts are played within iTunes, though the tool ( http://homepage.mac.com/applepodcast/podcasts/Resources/static/podcast_chapter_tool_beta.dmg ) looks like it's currently OSX only.

I just downloaded the latest version of iTunes, which is going to make podcasting a million times easier for everyone out there. Definately get it as it really does a nice job of organizing and finding new and older podcasts.

Of course I'm in there and I just finished tweaking my RSS setting so that it comes up in iTunes a bit "nicer". But everyone should take a look at iTunes to listen and manage their podcasts, even if they don't use an iPod.

Steve,

Don't know if you're aware, but you show up as unknown under artist.  The only way to find you, is by the title Gaming Steve.

Yeah, I fixed that early this morning actually. I don't know when iTunes refreshes their information, but that should be fixed soon. I am also going to add an icon and other items to make it iTunes friendly (now that it's actually working). Thanks for the heads up though.

I've just been getting the hang of podcasts in iTunes, hmmm I think I'll stick to iPodder!

I guess I was expecting iPodder within iTunes, but its completley different and I dont really like the system they use, dont get me wrong, I love iTunes its fricken sweet, but iPodder does such a better job.

I've only used iTunes so I'm not familiar with iPodder. So it worked good for me.
