Ballistic Ammunition
If the character possesses either the Engineering or Repair Item skills, he is able to craft ammunition for Pistols, Double Barrelled Shotguns, Pump-Action Shotguns and Rifles. In order for the character to do this, the following criteria must be met:
The character must have a bottle of Gunpowder
The character must be inside of a Factory, a Gun Store, an Ebony Tower, a Smithy, or the Stronghold for the character's Faction
The character must have sufficient room in his or her inventory to accept the ammunition created (variable)
The character must have sufficient Action Points to perform the crafting operation
The character may choose the type of ammuntion to craft. A single bottle of gunpowder will yield:
6 Shotgun Shells
4 Pistol Speedload Clips
2 Rifle Magazines
2 SMG Clips
The bottle of gunpowder will be consumed during the crafting process.
The Action Point cost of crafting ballistic ammunition varies depending upon the skill used:
Engineering or Repair Item will cost 5 Action Points
Gunsmithing reduces this cost to 4 Action Points
Advanced Gunsmithing will reduce the cost to 3 Action Points
The Way of the Armorer will reduce the cost by 2 Action Points, on top of other skills.
