I'll take...Tiger Claw and Way of the Porpoise. Those will go well with Turtle Shell.

That's bizarre. Can anyone else think of anything that might cause us to drop 5 points of karma? We don't accept multis, so that can't be it.

I think I found the reason.

Quote
Being Idle has the following effects:

The character has "(Idle)" displayed next to their name in faction membership lists
The character will not count towards faction karma
An idle character cannot be interacted with until they login

No, that's not it either. People have been idle for ages, and it was only when he joined that we lost the karma (I know, because I was playing at the time).

I do suggest getting rid of those spells, Calqhoon. You need CP to learn them, and there is no way in heaven you could gain enough CP to do that.
Also, did you see any alchemy recipes too?

If we need more karma I can infuse some squares in paradise, i'm searching for angelic books to level up at the moment.

Do those give more XP?

Hey, where's the nearest portal to paradise?
Books found in stygia and paradise give 10 xp each. The nearest portal to paradise is in St Michael's catherdral about 20 tiles southeast of our fortress.
Also, does anyone know how to solve this 'please wait' problem? For me the menus never actually load and I have to click on a menu, wait a while, then refresh the page to get it to display (even then it soemtimes doesnt work), which I dont think is a very celver thing to do  :-\

It works for me, so I don't know what to tell you. It says "Please Wait" for about half a second, then it shows the menu.

KS, would you mind making some pistol ammo?

Yes, because i'm currently in a library in heaven reading angelic poetry... also, last I checked there was no gunpowder in the safe. Plenty of people can craft, ask someone else in the stronghold.

Someone needs to get some gunpowder first. If you head to the gunstore, search and dump everything in the safe, people can turn it into useful things.

Oh, I'm also finding a decent amount of potions in paradise, might be a good idea for someone to invest in detect magic so we can tell what they do.

Ok, these are the are the fragments of recipes we have so far found, please post any you have so we can add them and maybe assemble some working recipes...

"Depth of clarity in the art of warfare can be achieved by imbibing a solution composed of three weights of steel melted into a single weight of gold."

"...a patch of moss, and a single rose."

"pinch of nightshade, and a handful of mushrooms"

"...which is comprised of three sprigs of nightshade,..."

"...a handful of gunpowder..."

"To resist charring and burning, one must obtain a lump of hellfire coal, a handful of lilies,..."

"Protection from the searing heat of evil or justice: a single lump of hellish coal ground finely into a draught of divine waters."

"A mixture ripe with the scent of a dozen roses..."

"healing potion... a single rose, some lichen scrapings, and two fistfuls of corpse dirt"

"...a patch of moss, and a single rose."

"Invisibility: three chunks of ivory, a..."

You find a torn sheet of paper. It reads, "...roses, a handful of daisies, and an ounce of gold scrapings."

How did you get so many?  :o Maybe you could give me some of your duplicates? I"m not sure what they do either. I'll have to look it up. You could put them in the safe for me or I'll try to get back to the stronghold when I have more AP. It takes 10 now just to regenerate.
Spent my first few weeks sitting in libraries :)

Those spells are spread over Calqhoon and my neutral character, Doug. You can pretty much take your pick from those. You gotta be level 10 to learn them?

Where's the stronghold btw?

I'm back in the stronghold. If you make it there please give me any extra spells you have. I'll take anything. I can meet your alt outside if he has any, I won't kill him this time.

I found and killed a Void Walker today. No kidding.

You attack Ashram with your Blood Claws Attack for 8 points of Unholy damage. 2 points of that damage was due to factional control. You gain 10 Experience Points! He has died. You gain an additional 12 XP!

I think that maybe one of the areas that we (I) infused got stolen/wore off.
Just a thought.   ;)

What will you do?
