I say all evil is fair game if they want to be decent people they should have made a good faction.

Although it is interesting that they have all good an neatral allies.

Well things aren't all black and white.  Knights of L. Ron are listed as a good faction, but I have been killed by them and I know someone from Doctors Without Borders has too.  Should we still consider them good even if they are not only killing other good factions, but killing our own members? I think actions speak louder then words. I still haven't seen any hostility from Channel 4 News Team. And I'm still waiting to hear that someone else has.

It's obvious while some factions like OS are evil, but others need a bit of patience to figure them out.

The Knights of L Ron are *******s anyway - they're a goon faction. Having said that, evil characters are fair game. iIf they're an evil faction with neutral and good members, fair enough. But we need to level, and that comes before good faction relations at this stage. We could just as well have attacked them by accident.

Edit: see the PendingChanges - we have a decision to make.

Quote
Factions now have the option to choose the bonuses they recieve from increased karma.

    * All factions have a primary and a secondary focus.
    * Primary focus cannot be the same as the secondary focus.
    * Depending on the level of focus, the bonus changes. Thus, a faction with "Attack" primary gains an attack bonus faster than one with an "Attack" secondary.
    * The bonus granted depends on the type of focus.
    * The available foci are:
          o Attack (increases to hit)
          o Damage (increases damage)
          o Defensive (increases defense)
          o Search (increases search chance)
o Medical (increases HP healed by members)
o Crafting (decreases AP cost of crafting by members)
o Repairing (decreases AP cost of repairing by members)
    * All current factions have been set to Attack/Damage (which matches the current set up exactly).
    * All factions, regardless of focus, gain the soak bonus, when available.
    * Factions are sortable by focus in the faction list.
    * The edit faction screen smartly disables the secondary option when you select a primary and vice versa.

Well, right now we're not exactly rolling in the karma. This is a hard decision to make. I wonder if it could be changed at will, though that seems kinda unbalancing. Unless it cost a load of AP like building a stronghold does. I'm a fighting character, so I'm good with the current setup. Though, the Defensive option sounds nice too, keep us from dying so fast.

You need to post links to your profiles, otherwise we can't invite you.

I'm considering search primary, attack secondary at the moment. That way, we benefit everyone. We do after all have a lot of non-combat people, and search benefits both.

Can anyone heal me -- please? Also in desperate need of a new weapon again, my scimitar got damaged. I'll put the damaged weapons in the vault when I have the AP.
