Anyone have any idea why it is that I have a 35% chance to hit (I should hit more often than once every three shots), yet I can fire 12 shots and hit nothing? Just wondering. I shot at that level 10 Pariah a few times, so don't be surprised if I'm dead by the time you get around to trying to send me an invite. I'll get back on tomorrow (or later today) and try to get back to the apartment if I was killed. Which is likely.

So, see yahz.
Signed, Morslok

Yeah, the hit percentages totally lie. I have a hit chance of 35% on one of my guys and I wasted 30 ap attacking some guy... I only hit him 3 times. Needless to say the guy I attacked him was dead about 2 minutes later... somehow the guy I attacked hit me 7 times in a row without missing  :o

Anyhoo, if anyone has any wood or gunpowder I can craft ammo. If you have any broken items I can repair them as well.

It's not a lie. Some characters have inherant dodge bonuses, especially the higher level ones. On top of that, it's pure luck whether you hit him or not. Don't expect to hit smeone 3 times out of 10 - you'll always find statistical clustering. For example, my evil character never seems to miss. You'll see runs of luck like that.

Morslok, head to the apartments, and someone'll give you a faction invite.

My evil char will head over at some point, but she's currently enjoying rather a healthy damage bonus from her current faction.

Also, getting XP from combat seems to be far easier than non-combat. I suspect that's why Krakow Sam is doing quite well.

I have sense morality now as well. And yes, combat is a good way to level. I suggest that everyone take a combat skill as their second skill.

We should add the meeting places to the first post.  I'm too lazy to scroll back through and find them.

Ok. Everyone in the apartment give me any broken or damaged weapons or armour you may have. Once I have enough action points I'll be going to the nearest factory to repair them. If anyone has a spare toolkit I have use for that as well (and any pieces of wood. Once i have a toolkit I can make two quivers of arrows from one piece of wood)

I'd attack him but hes neutral  :( Ive already lost good alignment because I took swipes at good and neutral chars before I had sense morality.

Well, you'll have to leave him alone for a bit in that case. If he attacks anyone, report it and he'll be added to our KOS list.

Edit: Almost back to the apartments; the house I'm in has a widescreen TV!
