Steve, Why is the site on central time?
« on: May 24, 2005, 01:14:01 pm »
You said that you lived in NYC so why is the site on central time?  ???

Did you mean for it to be like that or is it just an accadent?

Good question. I believe it's the time on the server itself, I tried to find the area where I can set the time-zone, but I don't think I can with this message board. Oh well...

That would be so cool, all the shows come on earlier so you don't have to stay up too late watching them.

Yes, I am from Maine and our state id thinking of moving to Atlantic time, (an hour before Eastern)  and dropping daylight-savings time. That way we would be the same as Eastern for 7 months and ahead for just 5.

I, of course, am all for it!  ;D Leave Portland and arrive at Boston an hour later! [and three hours going the other way (and yes I know it really take the same time but you get the point.)]
