Now Playing...
« on: March 17, 2005, 07:00:44 pm »
I know that you all knew that no forum would be complete without a "Now Playing..." thread and that you all were just too lazy to make one, so here you go.  ;)

James Horner and the London Symphony Orchestra - 'Sons of Scotland'; Braveheart's music motivates me, and not only that but it sounds great while playing a massive battle in Rome: Total War.

P.S./Edit: For those of you who are virgins to the marvel that is the "Now Playing..." thread, here's what you do: you must first post what the title of the song you are currently playing is and who is the artist behind the song, after that you must then post a brief comment about the song you are currently playing. Go for it!

Persuasion - Tim Finn

English folk music icon wrote an instrumental piece for the end credits of some movie I can't even remember the title of. Tim found the track and wrote some lyrics, gave it a little studio polish, and it turned into a fantastic song.

wow, that reminds me... I've been dying to get my hands on a Buddy Holly cd ('50s music is so underrated.)

Currently playing: From Me to You - Bobby McFerrin.
A great all-vocal reinterpretation of the classic Beatles song.

What can I say? Call me eclectic... in the broadest sense of the word. 8)

Mmmm. Eclectic. I like it.

Sleep by Conjure one.
Very moody but slightly too electronic.

Georgia by A Hundred Birds.
Housy (sp?) and light hearted.

Recently I've been looking for some good acoustic chillout and trance but it is veeery hard to come by.
