Topic: How did you discover "Gaming Steve"?

I found Gaming Steve when the podcasts debuted on the iTunes store. Like a lot of people I would think, "gaming shows" was the first kind of podcast that I searched for. I downloaded a whole bunch of them and while there were some that were good as well, Steve has done everything better and more consistently. Plus his shows were the on thing longer than my drive to work at the time. I love it! Now I only work 15 minutes from home so a show lasts me a long time.

I found Steve through a search in iTunes a year or so ago. I loved his style and his crazy theme music—it makes me smile every time I hear "gaming steve he got game!". I introduced a few friends and we email each other as a heads up when a new gaming Steve episode is up. You rock Steve.

I discovered Gaming Steve on the Spore Wiki about a year ago while reading up on user-generated content, mostly the O.T.H.E.R. alliance and stuff like that. When I first came to the site it was a dream come true. No more having to deal with idiots and trolls on the Gamespot Spore forums.

I found Gaming Steve from links on ENWorld when he was interviewing the WotC guys. I'm an avid RPGer, Hero System Primarily*, and had never listened to any podcast before. So I decided it was time to join the modern world, at least somewhat, and started listening to it.

Plan to hang around the forums some, and I've been an avid listener since.

* I thought it really cool when Fantasy Hero was mentioned on the site a bit back.

Discovered through Evil Avatar where they I think posted an interview he did with Brian Reynolds from Big Huge Games about Rise of Legends. Not 100% about the interview, but definitely was Evil Avatar.

I'm very glad I did discover this site, and the forum in particular (although I'm checking the main page more often now). After seeing the most recent CAD comic, I'm like, "Thank God GS isn't like that."

Yet another reason spore is a good thing; it led me here!

First found the site when I was trying to find information on Spore back when Will Wright did his first GDC demonstration, back in '05, or was it '06, such a long time ago...

I only found this site because my friend is a member of the forums here. Pretty damn wierd sometimes ain't it?

I found out about Gaming Steve listening to Major Nelson's podcast. Major mentioned he was interviewed on Gaming Steve's podcast, so I checked it out and have listened ever since.
