« on: May 17, 2005, 05:13:27 pm »
Oh yeah, and here is the press release from EA about what they're showing at E3:

The best part of the press release, "Will Wright's highly-anticipated next project, SPORE(TM), also will be at the show by appointment only." Heh, heh, heh...

Well this is going to be good news for Spore release maybe.

Anyways does anyone actually play the Harry Potter games?

Yea, I'd definately say that in the single cell stage thats got to be health and food. Looks like a drumstick though. Can't imagine how much chicken an amoeba eats.  ???
Not so sure about the serangetti picture. The bottom two are clearly health and food again, but what's that little spikey ball? Attack power? Cunning? Instinct? Brainpower? The power of cheese? Probally have to wait on that one, maybe steve can find out.
The tribal pic, though, is an easy one. You've got your population, food, and money in the form of simoleans. Probally comes from gathering resources, wood, stone, llamas, thermo nucleonic detonator ping pong balls. You know, simple stuff any primitive tribe on almost any world would have access too.
The final picture with stats, the cityscape, seems pretty straightforward as well, which is why I know its really plotting against me <eyeballs screen pic>. You've got your population on the top, which might just use one to represent many, i.e. 47=47,000. On bottom you've got the money. And in the middle, a happy face. (See! See! I told you they were plotting against me! Never trust a smile). Probally relates to your citizens happiness, and/or cultural rating. Good for influencing, intimidating, and dominating other cities and cultures.
..........God its beautiful.  :'(
