An interview with the guys at project offset wouldn't be boring either, or how about Jess from ign? shes a pretty interesting girl!

On the other hand i would just kill for that Jack Thompson.... why not take it all the way and make it a fist fight to the death, we all know how its gonna end anyways:D

I think that Steve should interview the guys who do another gaming podcast that i listen to. The guys who  do Red Shift, (redshiftradio.com ) Volition and Liquid. The live close by to Steve  (NYC) so, not hard to connect and little to no expense for travel.  Their podcast has a different flavor then Steve's. but hey the more the merrier :)

I'd love a co-hosted interview with someone like Christopher Grant from Joystiq, but as an interview? Peter Moore is always fantastic to listen to. Cliffy B is probably my pick, just go all out and make it an explicit episode, that would be awesome.
