Should the Wexxians go out with a “Goodbye friends” RP, or should they just fade from focus of galactic politics.

Bye Robots… we got it covered while you guys are away! Bon Voyage. (RP)
No way… an inactive Wexxian is still better than no Wexxian at all. (No RP)

Near Omic space, the Licentia station drifted through space.

The Zero-point module blueprints where being pondered by the Wexxians. It took a couple of days before the factory departments where configured for the task and the power required was almost more than they could deliver, but in the end; Epsilon-Argon-26-54 the chief engineer could insert six brand new ZPM’s into the stations power grid.

The mighty station slowly powered up as systems where coming into the green and on the bridge the crew cheered.

Behold, my creation:

I have unfolded my artistic talent in Google SketchUp and recreated the Acturra city-ship on Olympia, the same kind of city-ship was used to colonise Azuron in the Thishen system more than 200 years ago.

The ship is 10 km wide and the crystalline design is originally from Krakow Sams drawing of the ViS colonisation of Azuron.

Thanks Krakow Sam. You are great!  ;)

I hope you all like it…   :)

Wow, very shiny. I kinda like those white pillars that have little blobby things at the top, they look really cool for some reason  ;D

Yeah… they do actually!!!
Thanks for all the nice replies. None of my pics. have been so well received since I posted my Enforcer fighter!

With my newfound skills at Google SketchUp, I have decided to resurrect Indigo City on planet Azuron in the Thishen Star system. With all the talk of Olympia as the great experiment to make species coexists peacefully (Its going well don’t you think!  :P ) I would like to remind everyone that the Wexxians own experiment began more than 200 years ago.
And because there are so many new profiles here, I’m going to introduce Indigo City the best I can.

Azuron:

200 years ago; the Wexxians emerged to the galactic society. After the devastating Halycon War, the Wexxians terraformed; the planet, at that time known as Thishen 2. The planet was meant to be re home for the refuges from the war. After the terrafoming, the Wexxians named the planet Azuron. Named after the deep blue colour of the oceans.

Globe concept image of Azuron:  (click on the thumb nails to see the full images)

Atlas of Azuron:

Courtesy of Ittiz for the pics. Thanks mate. :D

The Wexxians then created their first City-Ship. Landed it on the beach and started expanding the city.

(Nice isn’t it!)

Soon after, many journeyed to Azuron, seeking their promised land in the Wexxians vision of a peaceful future.
Firstly came the new ViS. 2. Who founded their own city 'Nova City-1’.
In the peaceful surroundings of the inner Sesmar Crater, the Auyuelcliads, old friends of the Wexxians, made the Dhulam NatureTender Temple of Serenity. The Anubians where also of the few species who chose to built their own settlement.

Here is a list of the species who occupied the planet at the time of the Wexxians downfall.

Species:

Wexxians.
Dungelanians.
The Eodu:
Omics.
Anubians.      City outside Indigo
The Gjah.
Torpals.
Auyuelcliads.   Dhulami Priests in the Dhulam NatureTender Temple of Serenity,
ViS.2:       'Nova City-1’

More species probably settled on the planet, but this is just the ones who were recorded.
After 200 years it is possible that some of these species do no longer exist, or maybe this is the last place they still live. If you have something to add/delete from this list then contact me and Ill rectify the mistake!

Now for the City itself…

Indigo City:

Now for the sights in the City

Main City Centre (Formerly the City Ship).

Containing the large antimatter reactor that was fuelling the city’s energy needs. At the time of the Wexxian Reclamation, the city had reached a size where the strain on the reactor had become dangerous, now a Zero-Point module is powering the city.
In the event of a catastrophe, like planetary bombardment, or unexpected supernova, the City Centre can still act as a lifeboat and escape into space.

Indigo City's Spaceport and Marina

A lovely place really!

Azuron Historic Museum (Previously the CAB Embassy)

Contains historical data on most of the species living on the planet, mostly the Wexxians. Also the carefully preserved glass sphere containing the Hijahk Flower, from the first encounter with the Gjah. Underneath the sphere is written: "To the Wexxians, our new friends." Beside it, is the Gilphy the Gjah gave the Wexxians, a horn like instrument made of Hijah wood. Along with other important artefacts from Azuron’s history.

Azuron Museum of Modern Art (AMMA).

Constructed in the minimalist style of the ViS.2 living on Azuron. The two statues represent Organic and Mechanical life, each holding up a model of Azuron.

I hope you like it Krakow Sam!  ;)

'Great Forum'
The Great Forum is located in the Eodian sector of the City. Paved with shimmering indigo tiles engraved with Eodian patterns. There Eodians can be seen in small groups, often engaged in fierce yet friendly debate. A number of stalls are set up and there is a bustling trade in Eodian food, art and other goods.
It is a great and impressive building, the design work alone took months to complete, even at the designing speed of the Eodu.

'Academy of philosophy’
Built by the Eodu, the Academy of philosophy is a place where species from all over the sector come to confer new ideas.

...

Now After 200 years, Indigo city is once again ready to become a centre of trade. With the loss of the old Originator station, the System got cut off from the RIT- transportation network. But the Wexxian have just completed a new RIT generator in the system. With the open door to galactic trade. Indigo city can be expected to expand its influence and attract many new settlers to the beautiful planet.

The Wexxians will welcome all who come in peace.  So… Welcome!!!

I hope that the emigration will start again now.  ;D
