Anyone from america may have to wait a while... but I think its out in Canada...

Anyway, If youve seen it, discuss the first episode (New Earth).

It's out in the US, I think. I watched an episode a week ago. It was kind of strange.

I'm not sure, I wasn't paying as much attention to it as I could have been. There were these strange aliens with tall necks and baby looking faces.

Yeah I thought it was ok, Intresting episode, did you watch the making of after, I don't understand why they had to go to new zeland for the grass shot at the start :P
They didnt, they went to the Gower peninsula in Wales.

The infected people were a little too similar to the Empty Child zombies for my liking. They had similar motivation as well.
Next week's looks pretty awesome. You cant argue with werewolves and ninjas  ;D

What no Pirates? I wish the ABC would hurry up and start showing the new series down here in Australia.

I said werewolves and ninjas, pirates do not fit. The third part of that group is in fact scotsmen.
Later there are 18th century clockwork assasins, flying impy things and The Devil.

Damn the Face of Bo. I wanted to know what information of cosmological significance he had to impart.

At least we know that next time we see him it's going to be pretty momentous.

I watched a TON of Dr. Who in England last Christmas. Man, I'm so hooked on that show, even the old ones with aluminun-foil and spandex.

Wow, this makes me realize how long it's been since I was an active user here.

I think it was said in SFX magazine that he would say the words (four of them) to the Doctor in Series 3. So, 2007 then :P

"We apologise for the inconvenience" is five words. Damn.

So, who else is looking forwards to the Cybermen?
Not a winner anymore.

1. The
2. Time
3. Lords
4. Survived

I doubt it, but it fits :P

Cybermen! Except these are paralell universe cybermen. They have a different origin to the old ones.

See, that's how they can get the Daleks back. Parallel universes! Why didn't I think of that?

I can't wait to see the Cybermen again either.

He's old. Really really old. He's so old, that he's seen a lot of stuff - almost everything there is to see.

Basically, he's got something of great importance to tell the Doctor, but he's not going to say it yet (not till the next series, anyway).

Legend has it that the Face has lived for thousands, perhaps millions of years and that he will give his dying message to a wanderer without a home.
