Warcraft books
« on: April 04, 2006, 05:06:59 am »
Have any of you tried to read them? They're the best fantasy books ever written in my opinion. The whole Warcraft universe is so advanced, and everything has a connection to other things in the universe.

I have Day of the Dragon, Lord of the Clans, The Sundering, and The Last Guardian. My favourite is The Sundering, since it has a big battle in it, which will cause a lot of stuff to happen later on in other books and games.

The lore of Warcraft is the only reason that I play World of Warcraft... So.. Addictive..

I am reading the first one at the moment.
They're amazing!

When I say first one, I mean Well of Eternity.

War of the Ancients? I think The Sundering is a part of that line, don't remember though. I don't have the book right here, so I cannot look.  :P

I say The Well of Eternity. It introduces you very well and is the first part of a trilogy.
If you don't want part of the trilogy, well I don't have any others so don't ask me

I'm going to have to try those. I'm playing WoW because the game is spectacular, but much of its backstory is unfamiliar to me. So yeah, I'll give 'em a go.

And, Martham, let me just say: I love that avatar.
