Thats probably the first thing I've seen on the board that relies on bugs and it also looks pretty awesome to boot, I hope to see more pics about this. They look like plated monkeys.

This is a Tricuspian high priestess.

The Manis worship the pentagon, the shape of their scales.

They also are monotheistic.

Their god is described as a Manis, with feathery wings.

Once every generation of Manis, the elders choose a maniling to undergo the priestizing ritual, which means they surgically create psudowings.

This surgery is very dangerous and the manilings have a low recovery rate.

They believe that their god (Pangolin) will possess one of these priests, and the psudowings will become feathery and real, and that this possessed priest shall bring the Manis to a brighter future.

Sadly this belief starts many wars between the tribes, about which of the seven's priests will become possessed (This would make them the ruling tribe).

Thats a very intresting story. it's sad that a child has to undergo the pain of having wings surgically added to her back in a painful way like that :'(. Those the psudo get separated from her/his parents after the surgery. Also can you make a better picture, I can't really see this one it's too... I can't think of a word for it right now but I just can't see it well.
Bow down fool. HAHAHA!
