That's nothin'.

Back in my day, bears had a strange tendency to stalk little children.

You had it easy.

In my day, the bears were little children! They also had chainsaws and nazi helmets!

Lucky!

In my day... In order to not starve to death, I had to tear off my own skin and flesh. And drink my own sweat to avoid dying from thirst. My teeth were so rotten they would sometimes simply fall out. When I slept I had to sleep in a cave. Dark, wet, full of germs mold and bacteria.

Pah, back in my days, there was no mold. There were only brutal flesh eating bacteria!

Get a stick and sharpen it, then stab some fish or animal. Eat some coconuts.

P.S. Find a fruit or vegetable. Eat the fruit and take the seeds then plant them or put veggie plants together and wait. Food will arrive provided your not on some kind of freaky inland island in the Sahara desert. If that is the case, panic.

Dude, the only thing where I was in my day was a cave. Nothing but a cave, with bacteria. It was horrifying. Alone, in a cave, with nothing to eat drink or keep my hygiene intact.  I don't think it could get any worse then this. In other words, skin was the healthiest thing I could devour.

Ah, back in mah day, I was the cave. Forest folk always built their little communities inside mah innards. And the entire thing just got worse when a bunch of them young city folks started drillin' holes in me tryin' to get some of those shiny stuff they call gold.

You think that was bad, when I was your age, I had no limbs whatsoever.  Every morning at 3 o'clock I had to get up and me step-father would force me to do 100 pushups, pouring boiling hot raspberry sauce to force me to go faster and calling me cruel names like Kumquat-pants.  Without limbs it was quite impossible to fufill his lofty expectations so my days consited of nothing but raspberry filled misery.
