I think this is one of those games that just has a quick burst of popularity but soon dies because the rules aren't set up that well or its not well thought out.

thats my point, we don't know what movement he made towards his neck, is it a chopping motion, is his hand flat or in a fist? theres several ways it can be interpreted unless you describe it in detail. and this topic is already sucking.....
