When the new theme music first was used I thought it was really wierd and sounded odd, and I didn't like it much. Of course now I think it totally rocks and is much better than the arcadey music.
Yeah, [Kishmond] came back from Africa, but the ponies have him now.

His aaaaanthem shall forev'r ring!

I like it, the music is top notch. I do think the intro is a little long but the announcer is cool. I also listen to the end to hear his last one liner, some are pretty funny.

You talk for X minutes and then suddenly there the music is there again. It kind of interupts the flow

I actually disagree, I like the pause - its a smooth segway to the next part of the show.

Yeah.

Does anyone else find themselves humming the tune ever now and again?

Hehe, sometimes  ;D. It keeps playing in my head.

I felt the same way, after two or threee podcast was all in to it

Exactly. It took a little getting used to because it's not my type of thing, but i really do love the intro music and look forward to hearing what new honor Steve gets each week (ex. "The man with a bigger sword thatn Cloud"). Keep it up Steve!

After all, it is your show. It is just as easy to skip over it if they don't want to hear it.

Wow, this makes me realize how long it's been since I was an active user here.

well, this is my first post, so, hello. second, i'd like to say that music is one of the biggest parts of my life, so i'd like to think i have a fairly knowledgeable opinion on this matter and i believe that the music you have now is perfect in my opinion because its pretty recognizable once you hear it, and i think its pretty funny. however, if you can find something you think would be better i'd be interested in hearing it

that's funny, now imagine putting steve's entire podcast in your playlist, now that's hardcore.

It seems like all the other podcast i've heard all have little techno/electronica music for intro's and outro's. They all sound nice in their own right but when everyone else has a simular sounding music it's not so great. what is that quote, "if everyone is special, then on one is"
