Great podcast.  Much like God of War, there was very little, if anything, wrong with it. :D  Great review, good insight into the industry about the PSP, and a Name that Game that I could actually figure out. :)  New Spore info is always a plus too. :D

Hey, great job.

You know, it's nice to have a more informed person on the gaming industry to listen to/read. Heh, most game forums consist of every 15-year old Joe Blow stating his uninformed opinion about this game or that. (Which includes me. ^_^) Somebody who really knows about the game industry, and has worked in it, is a really nice change of pace.

So, hey, thanks!

Sure, I try to cover angles that I don't see out there right now. Nearly all the coverage I see is mostly "basic" information and only low level analysis, so I try to cover everything a bit deeper.

And if anyone wants me to try to cover something specific, let me know! Right now I'm just doing what I think is relevant, but if people are interested in something specific, let me know.

Hm...well, this isn't exactly what I'd call "coverage" but it'd be cool, nonetheless: what about reviewing an occasional older game? Or maybe just having a short "nostalgia" review every week. I've really liked your reviews of new games, but a review of an older or obscure game might be cool as well.

Anyway, just throwing ideas out the window.

Heh, I was thinking of doing the same thing. I guess I can throw out a few of those. I know of a lot of older good games, I actually have a few games in mind that I can do, I'll do one next week!

See, what's that easy. Talk to me people, and you too can have me do your bidding! :o

Hello people at GamingSteve.
Looking at my name there, am I the winner? I was curious because if it was me, you pronounced it wrong. No big deal anyway, it just confused me.
If I'm not the winner, I got it right anyway. I still win the internet.  ;D

Another reason I come here to ask is because I use Hotmail, and they're not being particularly useful these days. It's unstable, emails won't send or arrive, my inbox disappears for two days and then comes back (that could have been page loading problems though), and other weird things.

Anyway, nice podcast. The last couple of podcasts I've replied a big reply to (I type as I listen to it). I usually end up saying the same crap over and over though.
Whatever.

I also wanted to suggest that you review, at some time or another, a really bad game. I don't mean just finding a game you don't particularly like. I mean like... terrible. Some kind of Bad Game of the Week. Something old, something new. Whatever.
I think that'd be interesting. I usually find stuff like that funny. You could add some more humor to the podcast.
Though I usually find the sirens pretty funny, and how you apologize for them. You ought to go out there and make them apologize, huh? Disturbing the peace like that. Disrupting people that are busy at work on their podcasts and such.
Tch tch.

lol got a 3 hour download and was playing The Sims 2 and it finished downloading  and it got my game stuck on the alt and tab in and out screen and lost 30 minutes.

I need to get the x-pack tommorrow.

Listening to the podcast now and it's great so far.

Really enjoyed your podcast, especially your review of God of War. That is the greatest action game ever and certainly the best game of the year.
