Myspace targeted a previously untapped demographic; youth. They took a chance, and that chance has manifested in one of the most high traffic sites on the world wide web.

Given their target audience though, I sometimes wonder what I'm doing on there :-\

It is mostly popullar with teens, but there are still a lot of adults in their 20's and even their 30's who visit there as well. I think you just hear about the teenagers on there more.
