E.V.O.

Anyone else have some good fun with this game?

Post some oddities you encountered in the game.

When I first played it, I noticed that it seemed like you could evolve and grow stronger somehow, but couldn't figure out how. I got through the ENTIRE fish section without evolving AT ALL. I fought the shark for about 2 hours, and then accidentally hit the Select button- and up came the Evolution menu. I was ecstatic and p*ssed at the same time.

I had fun with this game until the final boss.  I wasn't very interested in beating the game.  Had more fun messing around with evolving than with really advancing the plot.  Good for a while but not the best game ever.  -leeman

I was amazed at how addicting the ability to customize your creature was, and it was so limited in comparison to Spore.  My anticipation grows daily. :P

Heh... that's how I played.

Eventually I haxored it so I could have any creature without hunting myself to death.

When I played I ussually found places with animals that gave off tons of exp point and were killed easy pretty soon I had enough point i could become anything I like anyway besides once I had the ultimate creatre I couldn't I went and tried to find out how to become human I tried relised my stats sucked compared to my part rino part bull part lion. So i went back to my previous save and flattened the final boss which is really easy when u got enough point to extend and shorten your neck when ever you like which fills your health.

I played it origiannly on the SNES but I got stuck when I came to the part where you had to walk and I had made my fisher like SuperFish. Picked it up as a ROM a few years ago and got to beat it, still a great game. I think the SNES had the best early console games.
