Yeah, if you want physics go look at Havoc on Halo 2.

The unreal games aren't too bad. But the unreal engine is one of the most used engines. Digital Extremes does a great job at bringing top of the line engines!

I think this engine's more powerful than anything we've seen so far, both in how it looks and in what it can do; but that's just my opinion. See for yourself:
