why cant they just give us the editor so when we are in da game e can load them up like will did in the gdc video no wasted time thinking what to make eh?

the editor may not be ready yet.
if they release an editor now (ie. too early), many people might get bored after they find its limitations.
(bold = my edit)

we can add also that the point of the game is to go through the whole thing step by step.  If you could just plop your creature into the game at the start then you'd be skipping the entire game right to sandbox mode.

no i meant once you got to a level you can bring in a already created creature, the game would probably not allow an advanced creature into the game because each critter has a value.value is used as your creature gets more complex. that i'm sure of.  (p.s. I'm writing clearer because last time i was in a hurry.)

There is a method to my madness. That method is in and of itself quite mad, but it is method nonetheless.

hehe, anyway, I've never thought of the willosaur's mouth as looking crocodilian (crocodiles, aligators, and kin) although in general the willosaur does looks reptillian.

the real question though... look at his eyes...  is he looking at a mate, food or Hydro's avatar?  (and if he's looking at Hyrdo's avatar, is he looking at it as a mate or food?)

either that frog's eyes are closed, or they weren't put on yet. It is a model, and does not look finished to me.

yea, I think its more of a model made for the presentation to show what it looks like. and it doesn't look like the frog has eyes.

also, I hope there are downloadable custom skins for those that don't know how to use the skin texturing program (if that skinproto program is the one that will be released with the game) or don't have the skill because it looks a little complicated. While I'm sure I can figure it out, other ppl may not have the skill with it. and for those too lazy to make thier own or don't have that much time.
