Sure, I love Adult Swim. Mostly Family Guy, Aqua Teen, and Sealab 2021. Can't wait until Family Guy is back on Fox later this year. Love that show.

My favorite show? Home Movies and probably Futurama tied. I like most of the shows on Adult Swim though but I've been a Futurama fan since it came on and Home Movies just has a certain charm to it.

HOME MOVIES IS AMAZING :D

The writing is soo slick and funny and most don't give it a chance due to it's lackluster animation but this show has left me in tears

Well futurama's always good (**looks at avatar**) but I wish there were new episodes... I liked it so much better than The Simpsons. Of course Family Guy and Aqua Teen Hunger Force are always good for a laugh throughout the week, but couple them with the Sunday schedule, and Sundays just kick ass! I also really like Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex on Saturdays.

I'm with Sync & Zoidberg as far as Home Movies is concerned, it has something about it that I just love. Try turning it on in the background for starters, you non-believers. You'll get hooked in no time ;D

Oooh i know we used to have a TV at my work and when i worked nights it was always on Teletoon (don't know if it's the same in the states) but Home movies came on and i used to laugh so hard at Walter and Perry and that's how i started watching it

Futurama rocks, but I don't watch it on Adult Swim any more because I own them all on DVD.  So for me, adult swim is all about the Venture Bros.  As a fan of Johnny Quest growing up, I laugh so hard at this series.

Yes, The Venture Bros. = happiness, to be sure. I've never been one to buy a tv series on DVD, but as soon as that hits the shelf I want to get it.

I loved The Venture Bros, but I think I might have been the only one. Everyone else I know didn't quite "get it". Hopefully it will be back.

I think Adult swim is a bit different down here in australia than in the states but we get most of the same stuff like A.T.H.F. Family guy rocks but is ont he comady channel. Futurama is on a different channel as well and needs more episodes as well (sheads tear for Fry's dog).

Personally I really like Harvey Birdman Atterny at law, I liked space ghost coast to coast for about 3 weeks then i relised its just 20 odd minutes of Space ghost sitting in silence. (We get it he has terrible interview technique!)

Harvey Birdman! How could I forget? That show's so random it's priceless. One of my best friends is too 'grown-up' for cartoons, but for some reason he loves that show more than any other. ;)

I'm gonna have to say that Aqua Teen Hunger Force is the reason that I only get 5 hours of sleep every night. I watch [adult swim] from 11 or 11:30 (because of the Daily Show, that's how I get my news. I know, pathetic) till 12:30 (can't stand that anime stuff, well, most of it). I may not get very good grades this semester because of it  ;D

btw, all times and music are eastern  ;)

two new shows they have... Tom goes to the mayor and 12 oz mouse...ugh I hate them.
I remember watching adult swim when it first came on. I much preferred the old people swimming than their minimalistic black screen words.

Does it occur to none of you that Cowboy BeBop is the best show ever?  The spinoffs are fun, but when I tuned in to Ballad of Fallen Angels a few weeks ago, I was completely blown away.

Cowboy Bebop is great (I think it's the jazz intro I really like though), which reminds me I've got a few episodes recorded...
Can't seem to find the humor in Aqua Teen Hunger Force but to each his own...

Gasp!  Everyone mentions the comedy shows but no one mentions all that quality dramatic stuff that just gets lumped in as "that anime stuff" except for one spare mention of Cowboy Bebop.  Sad.

Of course there's Robot Chicken and Venture Bros. and Harvey Birdman but has no one but me been watching PARANOIA AGENT?  That show is absolutely brilliant!  Were it some live action HBO drama it would be the talk of the nation but instead it gets moved from 11pm to midnight (midnight to 1am Eastern) and no one pays attention to it.  I read a snippet review in Entertainment Weekly that said it wasn't accessible to Americans but that is so untrue!  The entire show deals with alienation and selfishness and the isolation from reality and each other that is being caused by modern life.  And it's scary!  But no one mentions it...  Sad.

There are a lot of other good shows that deserve mention (and a certain one with talking food that is inexplicably popular) but Paranoia Agent is pure genius and you don't have to be an anime fan to see that.  At least I didn't think that but now...

Yes, Paranoia Agent is among my favorite animes.  In particular the four women gossiping is maybe the most realistic conversation I've ever seen on television.

Oh, and I have NEVER heard Toryanse played in an anime where it was merely incidental and done for atmosphere.

Family Guy, Futurama, Sealab, and ATHF.

The Mooninites are the best characters ever created. If you don't know, google it. Their episodes still make laugh out loud.
And Sealab is just too crazy for words.
