Commercial breaks kill sports.

This is why I can only watch NHL.

They don't need to stop the game for commercial breaks, because there's like a 15 or 30 minute break after 45 minutes of play, so there's plenty of time to show ads then.

In the world of sports no one else here cares about. 30 players on the team I support have been accused of taking drugs. Really though the main part of this is the team admitted to it about a year and a half ago when they discovered the team doc was dodgy. I took the league this long to act on it and decide the players are accountable.

We need a "drugs are mandatory" mutant league.

I've been saying the same thing.
Sam is basically right, he's just cranky.

Not a single one of those rounded up super humans would last a single second in the robot leagues.

I find it interesting nobody used this thread to discuss the fact the US is still in the World Cup after that game we lost this past Thursday.

I am sincerely excited to see how much further we get! I am getting the sense probably we won't!

Next game for us is Tuesday, I believe.
What meme is relevant right now? Look, just imagine I'm riffing on that. Updating signatures is exhausting.

Very unhappy that Mexico is out. And Greece lost too, which was disappointing but predictable.

Sorry

(not sorry)

((because you can't apologise for something you had no hand in whatsoever))

****ing Germans beating my underdog team.

USA>North America>Algeria>Brazil is my rank of who I am rooting for.
No, no, he did. In the everything else section, at least. Officially, this makes him king.

USA > Mexico > Greece

After that everyone is cool. England is in extra-last.
