Pretty sure now we need to edit our posts to replace all instances of "points" with "flargles".

Quote from: Neoadept
replace all instances

As this was the language of the proposal, and there is no special procedure for modifying the constitution, and self-edits are still legal, I think that Sam is correct. We now need 100 flargles to win, and should flargle all previous posts.

I make a motion to Enact a rule stating "All rules are considered to apply retroactively unless otherwise stated". For the purposes of voting, this motion shall be referred to as Krakow Sam's motion to retroactively apply motions

I make a motion to enact a rule that all motions save Neoadept's Causality Motion not be retroactive, that is to say only apply to posts, excepting the constitution, which follow the motion chronologically.  This motion will be referred to as Neoadept's Causality Motion.
  • Neoadept's Causality Motion is exempt from Neoadept's Causality Motion.
  • All motions passed by Neoadept following Neoadept's Causality Motion are exempt from Neoadept's Causality Motion.
  • Neoadept cannot win the game unless he declares "unlimited power" after satisfying all other win conditions.

Nefarious?  Nearly.  Ne’er-do-well?  Never!  Neither nearly names this narrator.  Naive and knowledgeable, notorious and inscrutable, this nascent Nero is known naturally as Neoadept.

I make a motion to replace all instances of the word "points" outside of Krakow Sam's motion to get dosh with the word "flargles" and that Neoadept be awarded 99 flargles.  This motion will be known as Neoadept's Motion to Render Points Irrelevant.

Too late.

I make a motion to amend rule 4 to state that a motion is defeated if two players vote no on it. A defeated motion may not be proposed again, unto perpetuity, though an amended version may be proposed. For the purposes of voting this motion will be known as Krakow Sam's Motion Defeating Motion.

I vote yes on Krakow Sam's Motion Defeating Motion.
