well, i'm not absolutely sure it was the oatmeal + orange i added yesterday, but it wasn't burning this morning,
and felt like a 4 on the bristol scalei'm going pure soylent today to verify the improvement isn't just a phase. i'm almost positive it isn't, but pure soylent is a perfect dream, so i'm willing to give it another shot

yes, and while there hasn't yet been a single pound difference, i'm anticipating some weight gain in the long run

the fullness after drinking soylent is unpleasant. i suppose i'm overly conscious of the water, i feel like a waterbed, i've never drank this much before. i might eventually try the 3-meal daily plan
