Slinky do yeah eat a lot of protein?

Pikmini let us know how the spacing it out works for your bloating and gas issue

there is a war inside of my intestines right now.  gas and bloating seems unavoidable for the entry phase.  bowel movements, on the other hand... i can describe my experience with these .gifs:

i ate an orange and forced plain oatmeal down, i'm hoping soluble fiber help... i'm praying, actually.

Does it give you the runs or constepate?
No, no, he did. In the everything else section, at least. Officially, this makes him king.

It burns?
very much so, i'm thinking soluble fiber will help, which is why i ate some oatmeal and fruit today.  i'll discover tomorrow if that helps any.

Does it give you the runs or constepate?

diarrhea, yes

Buy some peppermint tea, it's tasty and good for bowels.

well, i'm not absolutely sure it was the oatmeal + orange i added yesterday, but it wasn't burning this morning, and felt like a 4 on the bristol scale

i'm going pure soylent today to verify the improvement isn't just a phase.  i'm almost positive it isn't, but pure soylent is a perfect dream, so i'm willing to give it another shot

Are you weighing yourself daily?
yes, and while there hasn't yet been a single pound difference, i'm anticipating some weight gain in the long run

06 - 156 lbs / 71 kg
07 - 156 lbs / 71 kg
08 - 156 lbs / 71 kg

the fullness after drinking soylent is unpleasant. i suppose i'm overly conscious of the water, i feel like a waterbed, i've never drank this much before.  i might eventually try the 3-meal daily plan

Speaking of weight I just weighed myself and I'm actually 240 pounds. I've apparently lost a lot of weight over the last year. I was wondering why my collarbones started showing...

Sorry for hijacking the thread again but I didn't want Sam to think I was a total fatzord.
