Who wants a slow acoustic cover of the song that became the Six Flags song?

What meme is relevant right now? Look, just imagine I'm riffing on that. Updating signatures is exhausting.

That's good, but why did they switch to the Friends theme song at the end?

I also had that question and appreciate you mentioning it.

I forgot about this thread, thanks for bringing it back!

Thank you for posting in it! I was reading the old Gorillaz thread and a Krakow post from 2013 reminded me it existed.

Do ASL interpretations of songs count as covers?

For some reason, recently, I've been enamored with them.

This is one of my favorites:

This cover was mentioned by the local radio guys this morning, one of the hosts lost his mind when he found out about it.  But seeing as I wasn't entirely awake I was thinking of Tom Waits instead of Tom Jones, so now I'm disappointed.  So let's just pretend this is actually a TF2 reference.

And to balance that out, a cover of a Tom Waits song:

I am pretty sure the second cover you posted is also a cover of a Tom Jones song.
But I am not a Tom Jones expert.
In the field of Tom Jones there are greater academics.

On the subject of Tom Jones, though:

1. Tom Jones and the Cardigans (who hit it big with Lovefool in the 1990s) covering the Talking Heads "Burning Down The House"

(I think I posted it on the forums once before, but not in this thread)

2. John Mulaney at a diner.

Does "musical preconceptions" mean "ass"?

I'm sorry, I'll go die now. Move along.

Are you like, one of those bots that just repeats whatever the top comment is in a reddit thread as a means of stocking up on karma to give fake accounts legitimacy, but you've mistaken the 2nd post in this thread as the "top comment" and so you're repeating that instead? Like you were built for a completely different style of comment system so the spamming is harder to hide?

Also yes, by musical preconceptions, I meant ass.

Also please do not die. You are beautiful and I love you noble bot creature.
