Well then, glad I missed all of that for once. :-X

Speaking of not blowing my entire load with the bio, I think you'll enjoy the back story I've been working on for my character.

Name: David ----classified

Age: ?

Bio: Soldier, mercenary, agent. David has a resume that would make the most distinguished hero's blush. Not that they would ever see any of it, what is known about David is highly classified and what little is known about him is only what he left to be known. A number of years ago he fell off the map and covered his tracks well, many agency's still search for him, but it is in vain. Always wearing a tuxedo, tie and signature fedora David is as smooth as they come, always calm, it seems that every action he takes was pre planned. But why all the trouble? one word, justice.

Ability's:

Secret agent gone rogue David is a highly trained and dangerous former agent, he has access to a lot of Secret gear that the average person would never see coming.

Smooth and stylish Every thing that David does is done with a smooth and calm style that could make any women weak at the knees, that doesn't mean he doesn't fail. It means he always looks good doing it

I guess his files are awaiting declassification in the CIA's semi-mythical Friend Zone.

Robot Cop

Robot Cop is a robot who is also a cop. He is the sheriff of Podunkville and also the only member of Podunkville police force.
Not a winner anymore.

Better than Raz's character/10.

Character of the Year all Years.

Just a heads up. Don't worry about trying to justify why your character is nearby. Just assume that everyone is either living in the area or is passing through... and, you know... saw the giant fireball and subsequent explosion. It's Kansas or very near to Kansas so it's pretty flat. You can probably see the flames from the Mississippi River. >_>

As well, if you want to introduce your character later (maybe you feel as if this scene doesn't need someone else just dropping in) that's fine too! If you do plan on doing that, just for my sake, leave me a note here so I know you're still playing. ;)

Otherwise everyone that has posted is doing a great job so far! The writing is good. Can't wait to see what happens next and what the rest of you bring into the story. You can move the story too! Don't wait for Sam or myself or one of the veteran players. If you've got a direction you think is cool, take us there. :D

I forgot to mention that he is also the fire chief. He is a super-special Mary Sue.
Not a winner anymore.

Gorman your character's actions seriously clash with the tone of a story which has a robot fire chief. Also they are the actions of a medieval sociopath. I'm holding out hope on the slim chance that was an attempt at satire gone horribly awry.

I'll jump in and agree. It did kind of clash with the established setting. But it wasn't awful. The writing and everything was good. But that finger-breaking bit sort of came out of left field.
